Visitors with tickets can arrive at any time from when we open at 10.00am and the ticket is valid all day for re entry until we close at 5pm. This allows time to enjoy the other things to do outside our building as part of your visit.

Otter feeding will take place at 11.30am, 2.00pm and 4.00pm these are the best times to see and enjoy the otters.

Child: £7.95 (under 3's are free)

We open at 10am and your ticket is valid from this time until we close at 5pm.

Best times for "otter action" are the feeding times at 11.30am, 2.00pm and 4pm.

What to bring

Please bring your ticket on your mobile phone to present at reception when you arrive.

Cancellation - Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your visit, but are non-refundable for cancellations within this period or no-shows on the day. Please email contact@ottersandbutterflies.co.uk for any queries or amendments to your booking.

Hand Sanitiser - Will be available across the sanctuary, please ensure you are regularly using this.
